this is a beautiful and rare UG unisonic 852100 date from the early 1970s with highbeat (360HZ frequency) movement. the ug licensed unisonic 1-52 tuning fork movement with 15 jewels is based on the Bulova Accutron, and an important invention in watch history. The way the second hand is running is comparable to the ones from watches with automatic calibers, unlike typical quartz second hands. Our example is in absolute original condition, coming with a white dial with blued U shield, U-signed crown and the U-signed plexiglas. It´s supersharp 34mm steelcase has never been polished and clearly shows both numbers being engraved on the caseback. this universal geneve unisonic comes on a grey 19mm leatherband.
