This is an extremely rare Universal Geneve Space Compax Mk2 from the late 1960s in outstanding condition. The unpolished 40mm steelcase is still supersharp, featuring both numbers on the caseback. The beautiful dial and the handset are untouched and come with it´s original tritium lume. The watch currently wears a full original new old stock bezel. This part is almost impossible to find and it gives this watch an impressive fresh and strong look. Of course the original old bezel also comes with. Pushers and U signed screwdown crown are also the original ones and work perfectly. The legendary Valjoux 72, best known for its use in handwound Rolex Daytona models, bears the correct “85” marking on the UG bridge, has been fully serviced, and is functioning perfectly in all respects. This rare Space Compax comes with a vintage UG steelbracelet and in addition a new old stock vintage racing leatherband in black. A collectorswatch like you will only hardly find it again in this condition.
