this is a very rare polerouter 3 daydate from the early 1970s in mint condition, coming with it´s absolutely supercool and all original box. the reference 872103 with it´s 37mm steelcase is one for collectors but also a very useful daily wearer regarding it´s date and also day function (german wheel). the watch is absolutely unpolished and original in all parts, like for example the u-signed plexi or the u-signed crown. the dial is 100% flawless with all tritiumdots appearing in full size and the tritium in the handset matching the color of the indicies. both numbers, engraved on the caseback are perfectly readable. if you consider that the brand universal geneve is not existing any more for about three decades today, a find of a very rare watch in mint condition like this one gets even more interesting. it´s running very well, not being in the need for a service. this beautiful piece comes on a brown leatherstrap.
