this is an outstanding Universal Geneve Monodatic from 1951 featuring a very rare black honeycomb dial with gilt printing. the beautifully designed 35mm steelcase with screwed caseback shows all numbers and engravings perfectly. The Monodatic is powered by the Universal Geneve 138C bumper automatic caliber which runs strong and exact, not being in the need for a service currently. All parts about the watch, like dial, handset, plexi and crown are the original ones. The UG comes with a black vintage leatherstrap and a lightbrown one in addition.
