this is a very rare Universal Geneve Polerouter 18k in gold, sold in 1967 in Barcelona and coming as a full set. the unpolished 18k case features a beautiful tone between rose and yellow gold. It shows all numbers (ref 269101/01, serial 251xxxx) and hallmarks on the caseback. The original dial and handset are in flawless condition. the crown is unsigned and might be a service part, although it has the perfectly matching shape and size of the original UG crowns from that timeperiod, so it could as well be an original but unsigned piece. the plexi wears the engraved U. the 34mm, gerald genta designed polerouter, is powered by the UG microtor caliber 69, which is running exactly like it should. the watch comes on a brown leatherband with original golden UG buckle, it´s box and the original papers from the sale in 1967 in Barcelona. This is an absolute vintage dream Polerouter for any collection.
