this is a very rare Patek Philippe 3858 dresswatch from the 1970s in 18k yellowgold, featuring a stunning three colored exotic dial. the 30 x 34 mm watchcase with integrated  milanese bracelet has a full length of 19 cm and will fit wrists comfortably with a circumference up to 18,6 cm. It can be adjusted down for two further levels about the clasp. All required hallmarks, reference- and serialnumbers can be found on case, caseback and bracelet. the outstanding sigma exotic dial has two little chips at seven and one o´clock, the bracelet is in beautiful unmolested condition. it needs to be mentioned that the pull-crown-technique from the 1970s about this dresswatch requires a careful extraction of the crown as it could be pulled out in total otherwise. the handwound patek philippe caliber 215, signed with seal of geneva, is running exactly, not being in the need for a service //  11.700€ Please contact us over this link
