This is a Jeager Le Coultre Memovox alarm watch, one of the greatest icons from the haute-horlogerie manufacture. To find a reference E855 with oversized 37mm case from 1967 in completely untouched and barely worn condition is rare but to find it in 18k gold with matching Gay Frères x JLC branded gold bracelet is almost impossible. In fact, we have not seen a second Memovox in this highly collectible configuration yet. The silver dial and the dauphine hands both are equipped with its original tritium lume and are in immaculate condition. The JLC calibre 825 with automatic winding, date and alarm function is working properly in all functions. This watch is even accompanied by an extract from the Jaeger archives.
