IWC Golf-Club SL 1830 / Grey slate dial
not in stock

We are very happy to be able to offer you another IWC Golf-Club SL from the 1970s with integrated bracelet, and this time with the extremely rare grey slate dial with white writing, featuring a stunning warmtoned tritium patina. The outstandingly beautiful dial shows different shades of grey from dark- to lightgrey, depending on the angle you look at it.

As mentioned before, the grandmaster of watchdesign, gerald genta, designed not only the the pp nautilus, the ap royal oak, or the iwc ingenieur. He was also responsible for the three references of the IWC „club series“ in the 1970s, amongst them this 1830 Golf-Club, which still appears to be one of the most beautiful vintage steel sports watches you could wear today.

The IWC features an unpolished 35 x 41mm steelcase and the greyish dial in beautiful untouched condition. All parts about it are the original ones and the iwc automatic caliber 8541B has recently been fully serviced. the original steelbracelet is in great condition and currently fits wrists up to 18cm circumference. Additional links are available upon request.

It comes with some blank paperwork, the service paper from 2023 and the original IWC inner and outer boxes. We have rarely seen an 1830 Golf Club SL in such pristine condition.
