this is an ultrarare heuer mareographe 2446 SF coming straight from the german first owner, who received it as a present from his uncle in austria in 1970 when he was a 15 year old boy. the watch will be sidekicked by an extremely rare original users manual in english and one in german (original prices are even written on it) plus a letter from famous munich watch store „Uhren Huber“ (renamed in Bucherer today), where the watch was originally bought by the uncle. the piece has received a full service last year in the exact same shop, 50 years after the purchase, who is today known for being munich´s biggest patek philippe and rolex concessionaire. all papers from the 2020 service will be delivered with, and like the letter from 1970, they are adressed to the exact same name. a true first and one owner watch with historical important documents, that also appears on the market for the very first time. all parts about the watch are still the original ones except the plexi-glas which has been changed last year. dial and hands carry the original tritium lume, all three pushers, the crown and the bezel have never been changed. the caseback shows a lovely engraving by the boy´s uncle. the numbers are clearly readable between the lugs of the 40mm compressor case. usually we only show the first two or three numbers of the serial, but this one needs to be mentioned in public with one more digit. It is 1111xx. How cool is this! The watch comes with a new racing leatherstrap with heuer buckle, all the original user manuals and letters from 1970 and the service papers from 2020 plus a service box. Alltogether this is a one of a kind collectorsset for heuer aficionados.
