this is an extremely rare Heuer camaro dato version, with the reference 7843, and one of yet only two known examples with exotic dial. It´s surely one of the rarest camaro executions of all. the 7843 with valjoux 7732 was only produced for a very short period in 1970/71, and if they ever appear on the market, then usually with either a panda- or an all black dial. the exotic dial mostly appears in the follow up reference 73443 (from 1971 on) with the much more common Valjoux 7734. so an exotic dial appearance in a reference 7843 with valjoux 7732 is a rare transitional execution. We are happy to announce that our watch has just been added to heuercamaro.com which is the great reference website for all camaro lovers. the camaro seems to be unpolished (serial 140xxx) and comes with all the original parts like pushers, signed crown and plexi. the dial and hands carry the uv light tested tritium lume and the full original handset with two of the hands in desaturated orange. the caseback is engraved with a little extra serial number (C 0216-4), which was used by heuer for deliveries to the swiss market. the valjoux 7732 was checked through by our watchmaker and runs exactly in all functions. this camaro comes on a perfectly fitting steelbracelet (not heuer) and the original heuer box.
