not in stock

Here it is. Without any doubt, a vintage 5402ST from the 1970s belongs to the most sought after collectorswatches of the past months. the historical importance of Gerald Genta´s iconic 39mm watchdesign and the impact to the watchmarket, of this once „most expensive steelwatch of the world“ has been discussed a lot amongst watch afficionados in recent internet-threads and on gtg´s. We are very happy to be able to offer one B-series example from 1975  on rarebirds now. The Royal Oak has received a full service by the former owner in 2018, including a fresh polishment of the case and bracelet. the original „AP at six swiss-dial“ with tritiumlume has been kept untouched and is in flawless condition, the handset has received a relume. The AP/JLC 2121 movement is in best possible condition and won´t cause any issues during the next years. B-series , as well as C-series Royal Oaks (both with AP logo at six) have only been produced in a range of 1000 examples of each, compared to 2000 examples of the first A series.
