this is a beautiful vintage Zenith a384 panda chronograph from 1970, the very first automatic wrist-chronograph reference in the world, powered by the iconic first version of the El Primero, the 3019 PHC. This piece features an original dial with hazelnut-color faded subdials and tachyring as well as tritium in a very nice cremetone. The subdial handset is the thicker one like you will also find it in A386 models from the same timeperiod. The 37mm steelcase (serial 904Dxxx) is in a fat and sharp condition and of course comes on the famous Zenith gay freres ladder bracelet, signed 2/70. The El Primero has just received a service in 2024 and is working exactly in all functions.
