This is a beautiful vintage Vacheron Constantin dresswatch in 18k yellowgold, with a white eggshell dial and roman numbers. The 30x 30mm cushioncase is in great condition showing hallmarks on both sides and in the inside of the caseback. the 1970s watch has received a full movement service last year (2025) and runs strongly and exactly. All parts about it are fully original and have never been changed. It comes on a new black leatherband with goldplated buckle and the original Vacheron service and guarantee booklet.
