Girard Perregaux 9034 handpainted "Flags"

this is an extremely rare and outstandingly preserved Girard Perregaux, reference 9034, with the spectacular „flags-dial“. These 34mm steelwatches from the late 1960s, early 1970s with handpainted dials are mainly famous for the „Playboymoon“ version. A „flags-dial“ almost never appears on the open market. This example is unpolished and shows only very minor scratches. The original dial and handset (black-red like you will find it in the catalogue) are flawless. The original crown is unsigned like it should be. The manually wound GP caliber 12.3 is in great and strong working order. The watch comes on one of two black leatherstrap options, shown on the images.
