this is a rare Cartier Santos Galbée SIHH Limited Edition with darkgrey dial. The automatic reference 2319 SIHH with it´s 29 x 41mm steel case was produced in a limited run of only 2,000 pieces for the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) in 2002. Our example is the most beautiful execution without the date window. It has never been polished before and shows only minor signs of wearing. The Cartier automatic caliber 381A has freshly been serviced and runs perfectly and even in chronometer norm. The watch will currently fit wrists up to 18.3 cm circumference and comes with a red Cartier pouche. This is one of those „one piece collection“ -watches.
