this is rare Cartier Santos Galbée SIHH Limited Edition from around the year 2002 with the sought after grey ghost dial. The reference 2319 with it´s 29 x 41mm steel case was produced in a limited run of 2,000 pieces for the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH). Our example is the most beautiful execution as it comes without the date window. It has never been polished before and is in almost mint condition with only very minor signs of wearing. The Cartier automatic caliber 381A has freshly been serviced and runs perfectly and in chronometer norm. The watch will currently fit wrists up to 18.5 cm circumference. It comes with a black travel box.
